I am writing to you about my recent experience with Amy.  I had to call on Amy multiple times and each time she was pleasant and quick acting.  I asked her for various things on our customer and she sent them almost instantly.  I may have driven her a little nuts with my constant calling or emailing but you’d have never known it.  She is truly wonderful and I thought you should know that.  Too often we hear of how someone let us down or didn’t provide the level of service we hoped for, not this time!
